Bow Brickhill Development Consortium appears to be a loose
collection of people with a vested interest in maximising the
value of part of the agricultural area between Woburn
Sands and Bow Brickhill - the original "Wilkinson"
project - which was rejected by the village and Milton
Keynes planners..
This group was represented at the Examination in Public of
the plan for the South East by Martyn Twigg of Fox LP, part
of the Gladman Group of Companies.
The Bow Brickhill Development Consortium does not own all the land which it is promoting for
development and none of the site is included in the current proposals for the expansion of
Milton Keynes.
